Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Damaged or incorrect items Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your book arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item. Include photos of the book and the packaging. We'll send a replacement if we have one, or refund that item.
Change of mind Raw comics, variants and exclusives are final sale once shipped, due to the nature of collectible pricing. Unopened graded/slabbed books may be returned within 7 days of delivery at buyer's expense; the slab must be undamaged.
Pre-orders Pre-order items can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, standard return rules above apply. Estimated ship dates are estimates only and are not grounds for cancellation on their own unless the delay exceeds 60 days past the original estimate.
International orders Import charges (duties, VAT, GST/HST/PST) are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable if a package is refused or abandoned at customs — see our Shipping Policy for details.
How refunds are issued Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Non-returnable Opened bags/boards, books removed from their sleeve, and convention-only exclusives are not eligible for return.
