Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday go out Monday.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are books that have not been released yet. The estimated ship date is listed on each product page. Ship dates are estimates and may move if a publisher or distributor changes the release date; if that happens we will post an update.

Orders containing a pre-order item ship complete when the pre-order arrives. If you need in-stock items sooner, please order them separately.

Domestic (United States)

Standard tracked shipping is $8. Free standard shipping on orders over $70. Express options are shown at checkout. All orders ship with tracking.

Import charges — please read

Prices on this site do not include taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your country. International buyers are responsible for all import charges, including VAT, GST/HST/PST, customs duties and any carrier handling or brokerage fee.

These are collected by the carrier or customs at the time of delivery, not by us at checkout. Charges vary by country and are outside our control. If a package is refused or abandoned because of unpaid import charges, we are unable to issue a refund.

Packaging

Every raw comic ships bagged and boarded in a rigid mailer. Graded and slabbed books ship boxed with additional padding.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when your label is created. International tracking may go quiet for several days while the package clears customs. This is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

Lost or damaged

Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will make it right. Photos of the packaging and the book help. Claims on international packages can take several weeks to resolve with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately and we can usually fix it before the label prints.
