By using bagsnbored.com or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Products We sell physical comic books, variants, exclusives and related collectibles. Condition, print run, and cover details are described as accurately as possible at time of listing, but grading and condition standards can vary by source.
Pricing and availability Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or insufficient stock, and will issue a full refund if we do.
Pre-orders and exclusives Ship dates for pre-order and exclusive items are estimates provided by us based on publisher and distributor information, and may change. Limited print runs are as described at time of listing; we make reasonable efforts to verify these figures with our distributor but cannot guarantee publisher-reported numbers.
International orders We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and a number of other countries. Buyers outside the US are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees — see our Shipping Policy for the full list of countries and rates.
Discount codes Promotional codes apply to eligible items only and may be excluded from certain exclusives or limited releases at our discretion. Codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property Comic covers, characters, and titles sold on this site are property of their respective publishers and copyright holders. We are an authorized retailer, not the rights holder, and no ownership of underlying IP is implied by purchase of a physical copy.
Limitation of liability Bags N Bored is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or delays in shipment beyond our control (carrier delays, customs holds, publisher delays).
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
